Reports To: Varies by location   Primary Functions: Perform insurance sales functions.   Duties and Responsibilities:   - Obtain quote information from Client. - Complete Marshall Swift RCE if necessary. - Quote risk & prepare application. - Request photos of dwellings. - Meet with clients to complete application and other required forms. - Cross sell other insurance products offered by the agency or credit union. - Mail or upload application to Insurance Company (if applicable: send RCE, quote, photos and/or payment with application). - Enter client into AMS. - Document new business activities and set up suspense's for any follow up. - Organize documentation in file and give to Customer Service Representative to label and/or send out welcome letters. - Responsible for generating outside sales via referral from mortgage companies, title companies, real estate offices and other businesses. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Reports To: SVP, Mortgage Risk Management and Servicing   This is a Supervisory Position   Functions Supervised: Manages Mortgage Quality Control and Program/Regulatory Compliance   Primary Functions: Ensure mortgage and real estate lending compliance with investor, guarantor, and regulatory requirements. Ensure loan quality through pre-closing and post-closing review processes.   Duties and Responsibilities:   - Continually review federal, state, and local laws, as well as investor, guarantor, and regulatory requirements as they pertain to mortgage and real estate lending, to ensure electronic and written documentation and procedures are kept current. Communicate changes in regulations and requirements, and coordinate any necessary updates to systems, procedures, and documentation as necessary. - Review and update Global Credit Union-produced mortgage loan and real estate loan reference materials to reflect changes in regulatory requirements. Document Global Credit Union mortgage and real estate programs, policies, and procedures to conform to Credit Union, investor, guarantor, and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate and respond to investor and compliance audits; coordinate and document internal discretionary audits as needs are identified. - Oversee the HMDA and MERS results throughout the year to ensure compliance. Responsible for on-time and accurate reporting of both. - Supervise the Mortgage Quality Control process and reports. Oversee ongoing updates to Quality Control procedures to maintain conformance with investor, guarantor, and regulatory requirements. - Supervise Compliance Specialists. - Responsible for recommending changes to the business line management team related to compliance or quality control, documenting recommendations and final decisions. - Ongoing knowledge transfer to Compliance Specialists by training, mentoring and measuring the increased expertise of the Compliance Specialists. - Identify, catalog, and monitor all governmental and regulatory agency rules and regulations which apply to Mortgage and Real Estate Lending. Develop and maintain a Regulatory Compliance Documentation system to include research documentation, prepared forms, operational procedures, policies and data system functions that evidence the Real Estate Lending Department's compliance with governing regulations. - Develop and conduct testing of compliance-related issues. Ensure compliance is maintained and implemented during the entire loan process; from origination to loan sale to investor. - Monitor and coordinate applicable regulatory compliance training for all staff involved in the mortgage and real estate lending process. Review required training to affirm it meets the needs and expectations of investors, guarantors, and regulators. - Perform other duties as assigned.
