Reports to: Assistant Manager, Physical Security
Functions Supervised: None
Primary Functions: Security access, security systems and equipment, security guards and incidents, security emergency preparedness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform, implement, maintain, and enforce policy and procedures for the Security Card Access and Key Programs, to include Employee, Vendor and Visitor access.
2. Work with the projects and systems team to schedule and follow up on security work orders, focusing on the Washington areas.
3. Collaborate with all Physical Security groups to support physical security liaison efforts with vendors.
4. Support efforts to obtain security design documentation and/or project plans for all new or remodeled facilities in the Washington areas.
5. Program and manage alarm pin code access for branch administration staff.
6. Prepare and print security access cards for employees, new hires and contracted vendors, and contracts to hire staff.
7. Assist in the installation and testing of new releases, upgrades and fixes.
8. Inform and train employees, vendors, and visitors on their responsibilities in handling, accessing, and requesting badges.
9. Maintain and provide inventory supply order of access cards, printer ink, and other access related supplies to be reviewed and ordered through Logistics and Supply Catalog.
10. Program access levels for all employees and vendors, adhering to the standard access policies and procedures.
11. Generate card access and key departmental reports. Maintain access controls security systems software.
12. Provide visitor information, coordinate visitor or vendor movement, and may issue visitor passes.
13. Distribute keys, access cards and equipment to authorized users.
14. Interact with vendors, branches, technical support departments and management to provide support and/or report routine preventive maintenance of security equipment per prescribed procedures.
15. Perform other duties as assigned, to include Security Central Station monitoring when necessary.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable
Experience/Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively and be able to remain calm and react appropriately in an emergency. Must have no history of conviction for fraud or other criminal activity. Must obtain and maintain a valid security guard’s license. This position requires a valid driver’s license, acceptable and insurable driving record, pre-employment, and random drug testing. Basic knowledge of computer operations preferred.

Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and applicable local or state wage requirements, and will fall within the range provided below. In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall between the minimum and midpoint of the listed range.
