Reports To: Sales Support Manager
Primary Functions: Generate initial loan disclosures that are compliant with Global Credit Union polices and procedures. Generate re-disclosures as applicable for loan changes through the loan process. Coordinate with Production and Compliance to determine changes in circumstances and fee variances.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Associates degree or a combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the essential job functions.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Two years related work experience, preferably in mortgage lending or accounting and strong member service background required.
Experience/Skills: Must be able to type 35 wpm, operate a 10-key calculator and be familiar with on-line data operations. Must have ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and manage priorities daily.
Tenure: Mortgage Disclosure Specialist II (Category 12) requires a minimum of one year tenure in the Mortgage Disclosure Specialist I (Category 13) position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Mortgage Disclosure Specialist III (Category 11) requires a minimum of one year tenure in the Mortgage Disclosure Specialist II (Category 12) position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Promotion requires recommendation by the supervisor or manager. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.
Salary Pay Range:
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
