Reports To: Mortgage Systems Administrator
Primary Functions: Provide first line Help Desk Support for all systems/software administered by Mortgage Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable
Experience/Skills: Excellent customer service skills. Must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be capable of working in a team environment. General PC knowledge and experience with LAN\WAN based systems preferred. Must have an aptitude for data processing functions and able to efficiently multi-task. Mortgage or real estate experience with knowledge of processing and closing functions preferred.
Tenure: Real Estate Systems Technician II (Category 11) requires one year tenure in the Real Estate Systems Technician I (Category 12) position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Senior Real Estate Systems Technician (Category 10) requires one year tenure in the Real Estate Systems Technician II (Category 11) position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.
Salary Pay Range:
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
