Primary Functions: Provide administrative and logistical support for credit union-wide learning and development initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Minimum of five years of experience in an administrative or training support role. Prior experience with learning and development functions or learning management systems is strongly preferred.
Experience/Skills: Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for learning and development. This individual thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys supporting others, and is motivated by helping employees grow through training and development opportunities. They should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset. Individual must be curious, tech-savvy, proactive and always looking for ways to improve processes. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), have the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines in a dynaimc environment, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Must be comfortable facilitating or presenting training content on occasion and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. May be required to use personal vehicle for occasional errands or offsite training support.
Tenure: Talent Development Coordinator II, category 10, requires one year’s tenure in the Talent Development Coordinator I, category 11, position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations.
Talent Development Coordinator I (Category 11)
Salary Pay Range: $57,484 - $90,230 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
