Overview

Reports to: Area Vice President

 

Functions Supervised: None

 

Primary Functions: Responsible for supporting RFS recruitment interviewing and selection activities

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with job postings internally and externally.
  2. Review applications and perform pre-screening to deliver qualified candidate selections to the hiring panel.
  3. Consult with RFS teams to identify market trends, workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
  4. Proactively cultivate and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  5. Coordinate, participate and utilize available resources for candidate sourcing through networking events, career fairs and other various professional organizations and ventures.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the applicant tracking and onboarding systems to support recruitment activities.
  7. Create executive reports and regularly communicate updates to management in a timely manner.
  8. Responsible for ensuring compliance with established credit union and subsidiary policies and procedures in the staffing and recruitment functions.
  9. Coordinate new hire onboarding with Human Resources, Information Management and the Retail Financial Services teams.
  10. Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of recruitment activities and candidate/employee information and records.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Education:  High school graduate or equivalent.

 

Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not applicable.

 

Experience/Skills: At least one year of recruitment and candidate sourcing experience. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software are essential. The role requires problem-solving abilities, independence, teamwork, interview skills, and assessment capabilities. Strategic thinking and understanding of various roles' responsibilities and competencies are also necessary.

Compensation

Retail Financial Services Coordination Officer (Category 10)

 

Salary Pay Range: $63,233 - $99,908 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.

 

In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
