Reports to: Chief Administration Officer
Functions Supervised: Human Resources including Employment, Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Benefits, Employee Relations, Employee Operations, and HR Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, education or another related field. PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Eight years’ current experience in a similar position.

Tenure: Not Applicable
Salary pay range: $155,000 to $197,000 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on position, experience, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
