Consumer Lending Title Clerk

Reports to: Consumer Lending Title Supervisor

Functions Supervised: None

Primary Functions: Disbursing departmental mail, processing title packages, and filing titles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for distribution of the title departmental mail.
2. Prepare and maintain internal worksheets and logs.
3. Responsible for entering the appropriate information in the title management system.
4. File titles and monitor title drawers for accuracy.
5. Responsible for filing title copy request from other departments.
6. Responsible for completing in office lien satisfaction requests.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable

Experience/Skills: Prefer six months data entry, word processing or clerical experience. Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person.

Consumer Lending Title Clerk (Category 17)

Salary Pay Range: $34,840 - $49,125 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.

In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
