Reports to: Manager, Investment Services

Primary Functions: Responsible for providing administrative support to facilitate new business and service existing accounts in alignment with goals & industry requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field preferred.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Two years' experience as an assistant in financial services or investment sales. Two years' general office experience which included direct customer contact.
Experience/Skills: Two years' experience as an assistant in financial services or investment sales. Aptitude for using computers and electronic systems. Must be self-motivated, quick learner, resourceful, and possess good organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to get along well with the public. Must have the ability to accomplish assigned tasks with minimum or no supervision within an established time frame.

Financial Advisor Coordinator (Category 12)
Salary Pay Range: $48,387 - $73,549 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
