Reports To: Senior SC Insurance Control Officer
Primary Functions: Controlling adverse actions associated with credit union collateral.
Duties and responsibilities:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: N/A
Experience/Skills: Requires good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of laws and regulations involving repossession, foreclosures and insurance claim processing preferred.
Tenure: SC Insurance Control Officer II, category 11, requires one year as an SC Insurance Control Officer I, category 12. SC Insurance Control Officer III, category 10, requires twelve months tenure in the SC Collateral Control Officer II, category 11. Advancement requires management recommendation and will be based on the candidate's performance. At management's discretion, directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.
Salary Pay Range:
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
