Primary Functions: Maintenance of credit union facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not applicable.
Experience/Skills: Five years experience in a facilities maintenance or similar position. Must have a working knowledge of building systems, be able to work independently and to communicate with and relate to people. This position requires a valid driver’s license, acceptable and insurable driving record, pre-employment physical, pre-employment and random drug testing. Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
Tenure: Senior Maintenance Specialist, category 12, requires eighteen months in the Maintenance Specialist II position, category 13, with performance that meets or exceed expectations. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure with proven ability to manage an increase in the job responsibilities. Advancement requires management recommendation and will be based on the candidate’s performance.
Salary Pay Range:
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
